Privacy Policy — inFIELD7
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store information when you use the inFIELD7 Android app and the related admin dashboard (the “Service”).
Your employer's name and logo may appear inside the app. That is workplace branding only. This website describes the inFIELD7 product.
If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the app.
1. Who we are
inFIELD7 is a workplace workforce management, attendance and leave product. Organisations use it to record employee clock-in, leave, holidays, and on-shift location.

2. Who this app is for
Employees and authorised office staff of the organisation that issued the login. Not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
3. Information we collect
- Name, phone number, selected office, HR profile details if added
- 4-digit MPIN, stored only on the phone in hashed form
- Clock-in / clock-out, hours, attendance status, leave, holidays
- GPS at clock-in/out, distance from office geofence
- During an active shift, location in foreground and background until clock-out
- App version and permission status
We do not collect email for employee login, cards, contacts, photos, SMS, or microphone. No third-party ads.
4. Why we collect it
Verify identity, record attendance, confirm office presence, show live location to authorised managers only while on shift, process leave and holidays, send update notices, keep the Service working.
5. Background location
Used only after clock-in, until clock-out. Not 24-hour tracking. Without location permission, office clock-in and live tracking will not work.
6. Who can see your data
You; authorised office/HR/admin users of your organisation; hosting providers. We do not sell data. We do not use location for ads. Telegram alerts, if enabled, go to the organisation's private chat.
7. Storage
Records are stored on the inFIELD7 server used by the organisation. MPIN stays on the device.
8. Retention
Kept as long as the organisation needs for HR, payroll, and law, or until the office removes the account.
9. Security
Name + registered phone + on-device MPIN, plus restricted admin access. No system is 100% secure.
10. Your choices
Refuse permissions in Android settings, clock out to stop tracking, uninstall anytime. For copy/correction/deletion of server records, contact your office/HR or kashyapnandan2021@gmail.com.
11. Request Account & Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their account and associated attendance data by emailing kashyapnandan2021@gmail.com with their registered full name and phone number, or by asking their employer’s HR or office administrator.
- What gets deleted: Employee profile, attendance logs, shift history, and location data stored on inFIELD7 servers.
- Processing time: All verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days of request receipt.
- On-device data: Uninstalling the app removes the local MPIN and all locally cached data immediately from your device.
12. Website Lead Capture & Inquiries
The website collects name, business type, and phone number submitted voluntarily through the introductory interactive questionnaire.
This data is stored temporarily in your browser's local/session storage to personalize the page and sent via WhatsApp / direct inquiry to our team (+91 8822459466). We never sell, rent, or share lead capture information with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
13. Updates
The office may show a Play Store update popup. It does not collect extra personal data.
14. Changes to This Policy
Posted on this page with a new date. Continued use means you accept the update.
