Terms & Conditions — inFIELD7
These terms are an agreement for use of the inFIELD7 app and admin dashboard. Employer name/logo inside the app is workplace branding only.
1. Acceptance
Using the app means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If not, uninstall.
2. Who may use it
Employees and authorised staff of the organisation that issued the login. Access can be removed when employment ends.
3. Account
Use your real name and registered phone. Do not use someone else's identity. Keep your MPIN secret.
4. Attendance rules
Clock-in/out must match real work. Location verifies office presence. Misuse may lead to action under company policy.
5. Location
Location, including background location on shift, is used as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service.
7. Data
Dashboard records belong to the organisation using inFIELD7. The app is for work use.
8. Updates
You may be asked or required to update from Google Play.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee the Service is always online.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect loss from using or not using the app.
11. Termination
The office may disable access. You may uninstall at any time.
12. Changes
Posted on this page. Continued use means you accept them.
